Biography
Kelly Masterson is an American screenwriter and playwright. He studied theology at the University of California, Davis, before moving to New York City, where he staged several of his early plays.
His screenplay for the 2007 film Before the Devil Knows You're Dead, directed by Sidney Lumet, marked his first produced feature credit. He later collaborated with director Bong Joon-ho on the screenplay for the 2013 film Snowpiercer, adapted from a French graphic novel. Other credits include the 2013 television film Killing Kennedy and the 2014 film Good People.
