Kelsey Mulrooney was an American actress. She was born on 21 August 1987 in Tarzana, California, and died on 19 April 2021 in Burbank, California.
Mulrooney began acting as a child in the mid-1990s. Her film credits include the role of Lottie in A Little Princess (1995), Jeannie in She's So Lovely (1997), Stacy Sabian in The Negotiator (1998), and voice work in A Bug's Life (1998) and The Haunting (1999). She also appeared in guest roles on television series including ER, Touched by an Angel, The Pretender and Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman.
