Biography
Kenji Anan is a Japanese actor. Born on 24 February 1962 in Taketa, Ōita Prefecture, he joined the Tokyo Sunshine Boys theatre group in 1983 after moving to Tokyo and training at the Tokyo Visual Arts Academy.
He has worked primarily in supporting roles across Japanese film and television. Notable credits include the civil servant in Godzilla Minus One (2023), the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry in Fukushima 50 (2020), Nojima in The Magic Hour (2008) and A Ghost of a Chance (2011), and Totsuka in the series Kamen Rider Kabuto (2006). He has also appeared in Gokusen (2002) and historical dramas such as The 13 Lords of the Shogun (2022).
