Biography
Kenneisha Thompson is an American actress and voice actress. She made her professional acting debut as a radio personality in 2003 and has since appeared in numerous film, television and theatre productions, as well as voicing characters in anime and video games.
Thompson studied broadcast journalism at the Scripps-Howard School of Journalism and Communications at Hampton University, earning a BA. A native of Arlington, Texas, she has worked in regional theatre, receiving a BroadwayWorld.com award for best supporting actress in 2015 for her role in a production of Ma Rainey's Black Bottom.
Her screen credits include the role of Doctor in A Ghost Story (2017), Kelly Lornin in The Old Man & the Gun (2018), Ms Milton in Grey's Anatomy, Dora in Lawmen: Bass Reeves (2023) and Reporter Jane in Love & Death (2023). She has also provided voice work for series such as The Chosen (as Chedva) and various anime productions.
