Biography

Kenneth Ross is a Scottish-American screenwriter. He wrote the screenplay for the 1973 film The Day of the Jackal, directed by Fred Zinnemann.

His other credits include the screenplays for The Odessa File (1974), Black Sunday (1977) and The Fourth War (1990). He also provided English dialogue for Brother Sun, Sister Moon (1972) and contributed to the 1997 film The Jackal. Ross was nominated for a BAFTA Award for Best Screenplay for The Day of the Jackal.
