Biography
Kerrice Ayanna Brooks is an American actor and dancer. Born on 6 April 2000 in Washington, District of Columbia, she began her professional career as a dancer, performing with artists including Billie Eilish, Kanye West, Lil Nas X and Kelly Rowland.
Her early screen credits include a role as a student dancer in the film The Prom (2020) and guest appearances in the series On My Block (2021) and How We Roll (2022). In 2024 she made her feature film debut as Ro in My Old Ass and appeared as Melissa in Feeling Randy. Brooks gained wider recognition for her role as the holographic cadet SAM (Series Acclimation Mil) in the series Star Trek: Starfleet Academy (2026). The part was reportedly rewritten for her following her audition.
