Biography
Kerry Knuppe is an American actress of Oglala Lakota heritage from the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota. She made her screen debut with a lead role in the 2007 film Skills Like This and is a lifetime member of the Actors Studio, where she continues to study in Los Angeles.
Knuppe portrayed Ruth Briggs in the 2023 western The Old Way. Other film credits include R.I.P.D. 2: Rise of the Damned (2022), On Sacred Ground (2023) and The Blind (2023). She won the Outstanding Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role award at the 2022 Red Nation Film Festival for On Sacred Ground. Television roles include Hillary Edwards in The Pitt (2025), Mrs Holmes in Pachinko (2022) and voice work as Terra in Harley Quinn (2019). She is also a playwright and screenwriter.
