Biography
Kevin Connor is an English film and television director. He began his career in the sound department and as an editor on British productions, including Oh! What a Lovely War (1969). His directing debut was the 1974 horror anthology From Beyond the Grave, after which he directed several 1970s fantasy adventure films produced by Amicus, such as The Land That Time Forgot (1974), At the Earth's Core (1976), The People That Time Forgot (1977) and Warlords of Atlantis (1978).
Connor moved to Los Angeles around 1980 and directed the horror comedy Motel Hell (1980). He has since worked extensively in television, directing episodes of series including Moonlighting (1985), Hart to Hart and Remington Steele, as well as miniseries and television films such as North and South: Book II (1986), Great Expectations (1989) and Frankenstein (2004).
