Biography
Kevin Erlis is a British television writer and creator. He worked as a writer and script editor on the Channel 4 series Shameless (2004), contributing episodes between 2009 and 2012 and serving as script editor across multiple series.
Erlis co-created the Channel 4 drama series Ackley Bridge (2017–2022) alongside Ayub Khan Din and Malcolm Campbell. His other writing credits include Hollyoaks (2012–2013) and an episode of Casualty (2023). A graduate of Liverpool John Moores University, he has developed television formats for companies including Endemol, Objective and October Films.
