Biography
Kevin James Kelly is an actor. He appeared as the Vegas Dealer in the 1996 film Swingers. He also played Gustavo DePalma in a 2003 episode of the television series Law & Order, Alex in the 2003 film The Ticking Man, and had a role in the 2009 short film Stan McCafferty.
