Biography
Kevin Nishimura, also credited as Kev Nish or Kevnish, is a producer, composer, rapper and songwriter. He is a founding member of the Korean-American hip-hop group Far East Movement.
Nishimura contributed music to the television series Glee (2009). Far East Movement's 2010 single "Like a G6" reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100. He has additional producer credits on projects including the 2010 documentary 1040: Christianity in the New Asia and the 2024 series K-Pops!.
Born in Los Angeles, California, Nishimura has served on boards including the Recording Academy Los Angeles Chapter and co-founded the Gold Music Alliance.
