Biography
Kim Allan is a Scottish actor from Glasgow. She trained at Motherwell College, where she gained a BA (Hons) in Acting, and holds an MA (Hons) in Music from the University of Glasgow and an MA in Screenwriting from Glasgow Caledonian University.
Allan made her screen debut in the first season of Outlander (2015) as Robena Donaldson. She has appeared in films including Outlaw King (2018) as Isabella Macduff, Countess of Buchan, and 28 Years Later (2025) as Jimmy's Mother. Television credits include The Devil's Hour (2022–2024) as Young Sylvia, Vigil (2021) as Paramedic Fraser, Guilt (2019) as Carol, The Five (2016) as Jane Shilling, and The Replacement (2017).
She has also worked extensively in theatre and has received two wins and one nomination for her acting.
