Biography
Kim Eui-sung is a South Korean actor. Born on 17 December 1965 in Seoul, he graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in business administration. He began acting while at university by joining the drama club and performed in two-person plays. He started his career as a stage actor in the 1980s and made his screen debut in 1988.
He is known for film roles including The Day a Pig Fell into the Well (1996), Office (2015), The Exclusive: Beat the Devil's Tattoo (2015) and Train to Busan (2016), in which he played Yong-suk. His television credits include W (2016) and Taxi Driver (2021–2026). He has won awards including the Baeksang Arts Award for Best Supporting Actor (film) for Train to Busan and the Golden Acting Award for a Miniseries at the MBC Drama Awards for W.
