Biography
Kira Talise is a television writer and creator originally from South Los Angeles. She began her career as a writer and co-producer on the 2019 web series Hello Cupid 3.0, produced by Black & Sexy TV.
She contributed to Bounce TV comedies In the Cut (2020) and Family Time (2019–2020). Talise also worked in the script and continuity departments on HBO series including A Black Lady Sketch Show (2019–2021) and Insecure (2016–2021).
In 2022 she served as a staff writer on Killing It, contributing to ten episodes of the first season. She later worked as a story editor and writer on the Marvel series Wonder Man (2026).
