Biography
Kunal Nayyar is a British actor. He was born on 30 April 1981 in London and raised in New Delhi, India. He studied business at the University of Portland before earning an MFA in acting from Temple University.
Nayyar is best known for playing Rajesh Koothrappali in the CBS sitcom The Big Bang Theory (2007–2019). He has voiced Guy Diamond in the Trolls film series, including Trolls (2016), Trolls World Tour (2020) and Trolls Band Together (2023). In 2020 he appeared as Sandeep Singh in the Netflix series Criminal: UK, for which he received a BAFTA Television Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor in 2021.
