Biography
Laith Nakli is a British actor born on 1 December 1969 in Plymouth, Devon, England. He trained at the William Esper Studio in New York.
Nakli is known for roles including Juba in The Wall (2017), Commander Ahmed Lal in 12 Strong (2018), Alim in the miniseries The Long Road Home (2017), Uncle Naseem in Ramy (2019–2022), and Youssef in Orange Is the New Black (2019). He has appeared in Swallow (2020), Problemista (2023), Ms. Marvel (2022) as Sheikh Abdullah, and voices characters in Rick and Morty and Bob's Burgers.
He is cast as Mike Mahmoudi in the 2026 film Your Mother Your Mother Your Mother.
