Biography
Lara Persain is a Belgian actress. She has appeared in several films by the Dardenne brothers, including as Willy's wife in Two Days, One Night (2014), as Lucas's mother in The Unknown Girl (2016), and as La médiatrice in The Kid with a Bike (2011).
Her other screen credits include the role of Vendeuse in Inexorable (2021), La secrétaire du lycée in Alone at My Wedding (2018), and earlier parts in All Good Children (2010) and Moroccan Gigolos (2013). She also has an extensive background in Belgian theatre, having performed in productions in Liège since the early 1990s.
