Biography
Laura Bro is a Danish actress. She graduated from the Danish National Theatre School in Copenhagen in 2002 and has worked in theatre and film. She is the daughter of actors Helle Hertz and Christoffer Bro, and sister of actors Anders Peter Bro and Nicolas Bro.
Bro is known for her role as Louise von Plessen in the film A Royal Affair (2012). Other credits include Brothers (2004), Land of Mine (2015), The Guilty (2018) and appearances in the series Borgen and Sommer (2008). She has performed at the Betty Nansen Theatre and in the Danish Royal Theatre's production of Little Eyolf, which toured to Greenland in 2006.
In 2003 she received the Reumert Talent Award for Theatre and the Prince Henriks of Denmark Arts Award. She was nominated for a TV Zulu Award in 2004 and shared the Natsværmer Award in 2005.
