Biography
Laura Marks is a television writer and producer. Her credits include writing episodes of The Expanse (2019), Servant (2022–2023), Let the Right One In (2022), The Good Fight (2019–2021), Ray Donovan (2019), The Exorcist (2016) and BrainDead (2016). She has also served as a producer on several of these series, including Crystal Lake (2026), on which she is credited as a writer and co-executive producer.
Marks trained in playwriting at Juilliard and is an alumna of New Dramatists and the Public Theater’s Emerging Writers Group. Her play Bethany premiered off-Broadway at City Center in a production starring America Ferrera and received a Lucille Lortel nomination for Best Play. She is also the author of the graphic novel Daphne Byrne, published by DC Comics.
