Biography
Lauren Stanley is an American actress. She is known for playing Debbie in the 1988 film Mac and Me and Betsy Allen in the 1989 television miniseries Lonesome Dove.
A native of Austin, Texas, Stanley began working in commercials at the age of three. She trained at the Lee Strasberg Studio and appeared in the television series High Mountain Rangers (1987), the television film Stranger at My Door (1991) as Cindy Fortier, and other productions including Santa Barbara and After School Specials. She received a Young Artist Award nomination for her performance in Mac and Me.
