Biography
Lauren Tsai is an American actress, illustrator and model. Born on 11 February 1998 in Wellesley, Massachusetts, she first gained attention appearing on the Fuji TV and Netflix reality series Terrace House: Aloha State (2016–2017).
She made her acting debut in the third season of the FX series Legion (2019) as Jia-yi / Switch. She later appeared in the film Moxie (2021) as Claudia and stars as Sunny in the HBO comedy series Rooster (2026).
Tsai has also directed and written the animated short The Dying World: Forgetting, which premiered at the Annecy Festival in 2025.
