Biography
Lee Braithwaite is a British actor. Born on 19 September 2001 in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, they trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA), graduating in 2023 with a BA (Hons) in Professional Acting. They had previously attended Harrogate Ladies' College on a drama scholarship and performed in school productions, including the role of the Artful Dodger in Oliver!.
Braithwaite's stage credits include the role of Lucy/Lou in Charlie Josephine's Cowbois at the Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford-upon-Avon (2023) and its transfer to the Royal Court Theatre in London (2024). They appeared as Leni in The Other Place at the National Theatre, with the production recorded for National Theatre Live in 2025. Their screen debut came in the 2024 film We Live in Time, in which they played Jade opposite Florence Pugh and Andrew Garfield.
