Biography
Lenora Crichlow is an English actress. She was born on 4 January 1985 in the City of Westminster, London, and trained with the YoungBlood Theatre Company from the age of twelve.
Crichlow became known for her starring role as Maria 'Sugar' Sweet in the Channel 4 series Sugar Rush (2005–2006). She later played Annie Sawyer in the BBC Three series Being Human (2009–2012) and Shania Andrews in the 2012 film Fast Girls. In 2013 she portrayed Victoria Skillane in the Black Mirror episode 'White Bear'.
Her other television roles include appearances in Doctor Who (2007), Death in Paradise (2011), Back in the Game (2013–2014), A to Z (2014–2015), Avenue 5 (2020–2022) and Bel-Air (2022–). She is the daughter of community activist Frank Crichlow.
