Biography
Leonid Citer is a Russian actor born in 1960 in Moscow. He has appeared in supporting roles in American films and television series, frequently portraying characters of Eastern European or Russian background.
His film credits include the role of Fyodor in Cast Away (2000), an Arguing Russian in Bringing Out the Dead (1999), and the Russian Interpreter in The Interpreter (2005). Earlier work under the names Leonid Uscher and Leonid Uscher-Citer includes appearances in Little Odessa (1994) and Side Streets (1998).
On television he has played roles such as Igor Milkin in House of Cards (2013) and a Soviet Official in The Americans (2013), as well as parts in series including Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and FBI.
