Biography
Lilan Bowden, also credited as Alice Lilan Bowden, is an American actress. She was born on 1 September 1985 in Castro Valley, California.
She attended Castro Valley High School, where she began performing improv and theatre, and continued her studies at the University of California, Irvine. After graduating, she moved to Los Angeles and trained and performed at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, where she continues to appear in improv and sketch comedy.
Bowden is known for her role as Rebecca 'Bex' Mack in the Disney Channel series Andi Mack (2017–2019) and as Amber Kang in the Netflix series Murderville (2022). She has also appeared in Shrinking (2023–) as Tia, Parks and Recreation (2014) as Sam Nut, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia (2019) as Sara, Future Man (2019) as Fox, and NCIS (2022–2025) as Robin Knight.
