Biography
Linda Reisman is an American film producer and Senior Distinguished Producer-in-Residence at Emerson College. She began her career as an assistant to director Paul Schrader on Mishima: A Life in Four Chapters (1985) and Light of Day (1987), later serving as associate or producer on Schrader's Patty Hearst (1988), The Comfort of Strangers (1990), Light Sleeper (1992) and Affliction (1997).
Reisman worked with director Keith Gordon on Mother Night (1996) and Waking the Dead (2000). She served for several years as head of production at Francis Ford Coppola's American Zoetrope. Her later credits include executive producer on The Danish Girl (2015) and producer on Leave No Trace (2018).
Reisman holds a B.F.A. from Antioch College and an M.F.A. from the San Francisco Art Institute.
