Biography
Linden Ashby is an American actor. Born Clarence Linden Garnett Ashby III on 23 May 1960 in Atlantic Beach, Florida, he graduated from the Bolles School in Jacksonville before studying business and psychology at Fort Lewis College in Colorado. He later trained at the Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre in New York City.
Ashby first gained notice for supporting roles in Wyatt Earp (1994) as Morgan Earp and Mortal Kombat (1995) as Johnny Cage. He has appeared regularly on television, including as Dr Brett Cooper in Melrose Place (1997–1998), Cameron Kirsten in The Young and the Restless (2003–2004), and Sheriff Noah Stilinski in Teen Wolf (2011–2017) and its 2023 film sequel. Other film credits include Resident Evil: Extinction (2007) and Iron Man 3 (2013).
He is married to actress Susan Walters.
