Biography
Linn Waite is a British film producer. She is co-founder, with Kate Byers, of Early Day Films, a Bristol-based production company focused on independent narrative cinema with regional voices.
Waite produced Mark Jenkin’s debut feature Bait (2019) with Byers. The film earned them a BAFTA for Outstanding Debut by a British Writer, Director or Producer and a BIFA Breakthrough Producer award, along with a nomination for Outstanding British Film. She was associate producer on Jenkin’s Enys Men (2022). Earlier credits include co-producer on the BAFTA-winning short September (2008).
She has also served as executive producer on several shorts and features, including Hard, Cracked the Wind (2019) and The Severed Sun (2024).
