Biography
Lior Rosner is an Israeli-born composer and conductor of film, television and concert music. He trained at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, UCLA and the USC Thornton School of Music.
Rosner composed the original underscore for the 2026 film Michael. His other film credits include work on X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014), X-Men: Apocalypse (2016), Valkyrie (2008) — which features his choral piece “They’ll Remember You”, nominated for a World Soundtrack Award — and original scores for Seconds Apart (2011), Geography Club (2013) and The Losers (2010).
On television he reimagined the theme for the NBC revival of Will & Grace (2017–2020), receiving ASCAP Awards, and created the theme for The Ellen DeGeneres Show. He has also scored series including Q-Force (2021) and AJ and the Queen (2020). His concert works include the orchestral piece Sugar Plum on the Run.
