Biography
Lisa Kron is an American actress and playwright. Born on 20 May 1961 in Ann Arbor, Michigan, she is a founding member of the theatre company The Five Lesbian Brothers.
She wrote the book and lyrics for the musical Fun Home (2013). Her other works include the plays Well (2004) and In the Wake (2010). As an actor she has appeared in films and series including Stay (2005), Sex and the City (2008), Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (2014) and Only Murders in the Building (2023).
Kron served as writer and executive story editor on the series Somebody Somewhere (2022–2024).
