Biography
Lisa Mitchell is an English producer working primarily in comedy television. She has produced multiple series of the BBC sketch show Horrible Histories (including series 7–9 and specials from 2016 onwards) and the Channel 4 comedy drama Hullraisers (2022).
She produced the first series of Bridget Christie’s The Change (2023) for Expectation and Channel 4, later returning for series 2. Earlier credits include assistant producer roles on Very Important People (2012) and The Mimic (2013–2014). She began her career as a runner on Bo’ Selecta!. Mitchell is a multi-award-winning producer, with a double BAFTA among her honours.
