Biography
Lisa Muse Bryant is an American television writer and producer. She studied writing for television through a Warner Bros. programme at Morgan State University, an HBCU in Baltimore, Maryland, and moved to Los Angeles in 2000 to pursue a career in the industry.
Her writing credits include episodes of black-ish (2014–2021), Primo (2023), Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur (2023), A Man on the Inside (2024) and The Four Seasons (2025). She has also served as co-executive producer on black-ish, A Man on the Inside and The Four Seasons, executive producer on Primo and Kenan, and consulting producer on Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur. In 2022 she signed an overall deal with Universal Television.
Bryant received a Primetime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Comedy Series for her work on black-ish and won a Children’s and Family Emmy Award for Outstanding Animated Special for Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur.
