Biography
Lisa Zwerling is an American physician, television writer and producer. She began her television career as a technical advisor and writer on the medical drama Presidio Med before joining the writing staff of ER in season ten. Over the following six seasons she wrote twenty-three episodes and advanced to co-executive producer.
She later wrote and produced FlashForward (2009) and The Event (2010). Subsequent credits include Awake (2012), Betrayal (2013), The Astronaut Wives Club (2015), When We Rise (2017), The Rook (2019), The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon (2023) and 56 Days (2026). In 2016 she formed the production company Carpool Entertainment with Karyn Usher.
