Biography
Liubomiras Laucevičius is a Lithuanian actor. He was born on 15 June 1950 in Vilnius.
He trained at the acting studio of the Panevėžys Drama Theatre from 1966 and was a company member there from 1968 to 1975. He later studied at the Klaipėda faculty of the Lithuanian Conservatory, graduating in 1980, and performed at the Klaipėda Drama Theatre from 1975 to 1990 before joining the Kaunas Drama Theatre.
Laucevičius has appeared in more than fifty films since 1979. His screen credits include the role of Kosach in Come and See (1985), as well as parts in The Romanovs: An Imperial Family (2000), The Master and Margarita (2005) and Taras Bulba (2009). He has also worked extensively in Lithuanian theatre and television.
