Biography
Lonny Ross is an American actor and writer. He played Josh Girard on the NBC sitcom 30 Rock (2006–2009).
Ross appeared in the films Watching the Detectives (2007), Good Luck Chuck (2007), College Road Trip (2008), The Rocker (2008), Labor Pains (2009) and A Futile and Stupid Gesture (2018). His other television work includes Arrested Development (2013) and Level Up (2012–2013). As part of the 30 Rock ensemble cast, he received a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination.
