Biography
Lou Hancock (1924–1995) was an American actress. She played Henrietta in the horror film Evil Dead II (1987).
Her other film roles include Lucy Peters in Miracle Mile (1989), a nurse in The Grifters (1990) and The Fisher King (1991), and Peggy in the television film Amityville: The Evil Escapes (1989). On television she appeared as Mabel Shoop in Walker, Texas Ranger (1993–1995) and in episodes of Melrose Place and Night Court.
Earlier in her career she founded the Hip Pocket Theater in Fort Worth, Texas, and later earned a master's degree in theatre from Texas Christian University, where she taught method acting.
