Biography
Louisa Jacobson is an American actress. Born Louisa Jacobson Gummer on 12 June 1991 in Los Angeles, she is the youngest child of actress Meryl Streep and sculptor Don Gummer. She graduated from Vassar College with a degree in psychology and received an MFA in acting from the Yale School of Drama.
Jacobson began her professional career in stage productions, including Native Son at Yale Repertory Theatre in 2017 and Romeo and Juliet at the Old Globe. She made her television debut as Marian Brook in the HBO series The Gilded Age (2022–present). In 2025 she appeared as Charlotte in the film Materialists.
