Lucy Walters is an actress. She was born on 20 May 1980 in Oxfordshire, England.

Walters studied at the University of Texas in Austin and moved to New York in 2007. She is known for her role as Holly Weaver in the series Power (2014–2016) and appearances in Here Alone (2016), Get Shorty (2017–2019), House of Darkness (2022) and The Brass Teapot (2012). She played Woman on Subway Train in Shame (2011).

In 2016 she won the Golden Strands Award for Outstanding Female Performer at the Tallgrass International Film Festival for Here Alone.
