Biography
Luis Zahera is a Spanish actor born on 23 May 1966 in Santiago de Compostela, Galicia. He is known for supporting roles in Spanish cinema and television, including Xan in the 2022 film The Beasts and Cabrera in The Realm (2018).
Zahera gained early recognition in his native Galicia for his performance in the television series Mareas vivas. He made his feature film debut in Divine Words (1987). He has won two Goya Awards for Best Supporting Actor, for The Realm in 2019 and The Beasts in 2023.
His other notable credits include Cell 211 (2009), May God Save Us (2016), The Realm (2018), While at War (2019) and the series Entrevías (2022–2024).
