Biography
Luiz Augusto Mendes is a Brazilian film producer. He produced Glauber Rocha's Black God, White Devil (1964), also known as Deus e o Diabo na Terra do Sol, and received the Saci Prize for Best Producer for the film. He also produced Society em Baby-Doll (1965) and the short film Amazonas, Amazonas (1965).
