Biography
Lun Yang is a Chinese cinematographer. He worked as director of photography on Ju Dou (1990) and as one of the cinematographers, alongside Zhao Fei, on Raise the Red Lantern (1991), both directed by Zhang Yimou. He also contributed additional photography to Red Sorghum (1988).
His other credits include Codename Cougar (1989), Red Firecracker, Green Firecracker (1994), Intimates (1997) and The Marriage Certificate (2001). Zhang Yimou has noted selecting cameramen from his film school classmates for his productions.
