Biography
Lydia Peckham is a New Zealand stage, television and film actress. Born in Edinburgh, Scotland, she spent her childhood in Scotland and France before moving to New Zealand at the age of eight, where she attended Nelson College for Girls and trained at Toi Whakaari drama school. She appeared on stage in England as Ariel in The Tempest at the Old Globe Theatre and the Minack Theatre in Cornwall.
Peckham is known for playing Soona in the 2024 film Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes. Her other credits include the Netflix series Cowboy Bebop (2021) and Mr. Corman (2021), as well as the films Nuremberg (2025) as Lila and The Wrecking Crew (2026) as Monica Robichaux.
