Biography
Lyla Rocco, born Maria Luisa Rocco, was an Italian film actress. She made her screen debut in 1951 in a small role in Alberto Lattuada's Anna. She appeared in more than thirty productions before retiring from film in 1964. In 1952 she took part in the Miss Italia contest and was elected Miss Cinema.
Her credits include an uncredited role as Mrs Sinibaldi in Roberto Rossellini's Journey to Italy (1954), as well as parts in The Lady Without Camelias (1953) and Camping (1958). She was married to the actors Steve Barclay and Alberto Lupo.
