Biography
Lyn Harding, also credited as David Llewellyn Harding, was a Welsh actor. He spent forty years on the stage before appearing in British silent films, talkies and radio productions.
He is known for roles including Dr. John Hamilton Wetherby in Goodbye, Mr. Chips (1939) and Sir Richard Ingolby in Fire Over England (1937). Harding frequently played villains on stage and screen, including Professor Moriarty in several Sherlock Holmes adaptations. He made his London stage debut in 1897 and continued performing into the 1940s.
