Biography

Lynda House is an Australian film producer. Born in Tasmania in 1949, she began her career in production roles in the 1980s, working as a production coordinator on Malcolm (1986) and a production supervisor on Celia (1989).

House produced Proof (1991) and co-produced Muriel's Wedding (1994) with Jocelyn Moorhouse. She later produced Ned Kelly (2003) and served as executive producer on Kokoda (2006). Her work spans feature films and television movies, including River Street (1996) and Secret Bridesmaids' Business (2002).

House received Australian Film Institute awards for her producing contributions to Proof and Muriel's Wedding.
