Biography
Lynne Griffin is a Canadian actress born on 17 September 1952 in Toronto, Ontario. She began her career in Canadian television in the early 1970s before moving into stage work, including appearances at the Stratford Festival.
Griffin is known for roles in the horror films Black Christmas (1974) as Clare Harrison and Curtains (1983) as Patti O'Connor, as well as the comedy Strange Brew (1983). Later credits include Dream House (2011), Fahrenheit 451 (2018), Priscilla (2023) as Grandma 'Dodger', and Thanksgiving (2023) as Grandma. She has also appeared in television series such as The Boys, The Umbrella Academy, Ginny & Georgia, and had a recurring role in Wind at My Back (1996–2001).
She is married to actor Sean Sullivan. Her mother, Kay Griffin, was also an actress.
