Biography
Madhur Mittal is an Indian actor. He is known for playing Older Salim in the 2008 film Slumdog Millionaire, for which the cast received the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture.
As a child, he appeared in the 2001 film One 2 Ka 4 and several Indian television series. He later played Dinesh in the 2014 film Million Dollar Arm and has appeared in other films and series including 800 (2023).
Mittal trained at the University of Mumbai, where he earned a bachelor's degree in advertising and a master's in acting. He began performing on stage in charity shows and cultural events, and travelled internationally for over 950 performances.
