Biography
Magali Brito is an actor and dancer. She played La Ponchis in Jacques Audiard’s Emilia Pérez (2024), her first film role.
Of Mexican descent through her father, Brito is from Rouen and works as a dancer. She and her father, restaurateur José Luis Brito, were cast after responding to a call for Mexican-looking extras. In the film she appears in scenes involving firearms and choreography alongside Zoë Saldaña. The experience prompted her to consider further acting work.
