Biography
Maggie Fletcher is a costume designer who worked on British television productions in the early 1970s. She is credited with costume design for two episodes of the BBC series Doctor Who in 1972.
Her other credited work includes serving as costume designer on five episodes of the series Paul Temple in 1971. She also worked in the costume and wardrobe department on the 1974 mini-series The Pallisers.
