Biography
Mahtub Zare Mochanloo is a writer and producer. She has contributed as staff writer, story writer and teleplay writer on the Netflix series Nobody Wants This (2024–).
She participated in the 2024 Disney Entertainment Television Writing Program. Earlier credits include production assistant roles on Deadwood: The Movie (2019) and other productions. A first-generation Iranian-American, she was born in Hamilton, Ohio, graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University, and has worked at WME, The Creative Coalition and BallenStudios as a coordinating producer. Her feature screenplay The Surrogate appears on the Black List.
